1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Our prices are in Canadian dollars.
Products can be ordered via our internet shop. All communication takes place by e-mail. Orders placed online are processed Monday through Friday. If you placed an order on Friday, it will only be processed from the following Monday.
2. COUNTRY OF DELIVERY
We ship everywhere in Canada and the United States except Alaska
3. DELIVERY COSTS
Due to their large sizes, the delivery costs of kicksleds are high. If you want to know the delivery costs of your order before finalizing it, you just have to access your cart and enter your delivery address.
For deliveries to Canada, the sales taxes charged depend on the destination of your order.
Additional delivery charges may apply for northern Quebec, we will contact you if necessary.
US customers should be aware that US Customs may apply tax to your order. The right can cost anywhere from $0 to $20. It depends on the officer doing the assessment at the border.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be processed within 48 hours after receipt of payment or depending on product availability. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number.
5. DELIVERY METHOD
We use Purolator delivery services for shipments to Canada and UPS for shipments to the United States.
For shipments to northern Quebec and Canada we use Canada Post services (please note that due to their large sizes, large kicksleds must be disassembled and shipped in two packages.)
6. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times in Canada are 1 to 6 business days and 2 to 8 business days for the United States. For deliveries in northern Quebec or Canada, delays can be two to three weeks.
7. DELIVERY DELAYS
Due to the high number of online purchases, it may happen that delivery times for orders are extended. During the end-of-year holiday period, the carrier may decide to delay the delivery of large parcels (such as kicksleds) by 1 to 2 working days in order to speed up the delivery of smaller parcels: The mention "delay for cause special handling" will then be indicated to your tracking number.
GoSlide cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery!
8. SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
In order to avoid package theft, the carrier will not leave a kicksled in front of your door without someone present. A signature is required to prove that the package has been received. In times of Covid, a simple verbal exchange with the driver will suffice.
If nobody is present during the delivery, the driver will leave a note on the door giving you the address of a nearest depot so that you can collect your order, you will have 5 working days to collect the package.
If you know in advance that you will not be present during delivery, you can have your order delivered to the address of a trusted neighbor or to your place of work.
9. NON-CLAIM OF THE PACKAGE
If you do not claim the package within 5 working days, the carrier will route your order to our warehouse. La Glisse is not responsible for additional delivery costs to reship your order.
10. QUALITY CONTROL
If at the time of delivery, the original packaging of the package is damaged, torn, open, you must check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, you must imperatively refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery note (package refused because opened or damaged). If the reservations have not been made at the time of receipt of the package, we unfortunately cannot accept any complaint.
If you wish to return a product to us for an exchange, the request must be made no more than 15 days after receipt of your order.
If after receiving your order you finally want a different color or size, simply place a new order with the desired product. We will refund the returned item once it has been inspected.
Attention: We only take back kicksleds that are still in their original packaging and in perfect condition, the kicksled should not be unpacked. GoSlide reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet this condition.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
12. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
We guarantee our products and provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty against any manufacturing defect. The warranty does not apply if the breakage or early wear of the components of the kicksled has been caused by abusive or improper use.
We also do not cover damage related to an incident (ex: the kicksled hit a tree; the kicksled bench broke because several people were sitting on it...)
